Kelly is pregnant and we are sooo excited about it. Her due date is June 29th. I'm so stoked, I cannot wait to become a father. Love ya'll

wildfires

Did anybody hear that one of the California wildfires was set by a 10 yr. old boy. I was listening to Kathy and Judy yesterday and heard that 60% of boys from k-4 are fascinated by fire. I know I was always intrested in playing with fire as a kid. One time in Center school we used a magnifying glass to start something. Don't remember if it just started to smolder or actually catch on fire. Any of you have stories of fire? Just wondering.

Shooting Stars

After talking with Aunt Nancy and telling her about the two shooting stars I had seen in the past week it reminded me of a time in Wisconsin. The summer after Grandma had passed away we as a family went to Wisconsin I was out laying in the grass one night looking at the stars. I was talking to Grandma and had said that if she could hear me that maybe she could send me a sign letting me know. It wasn't about a minute or 2 later I seen a bright shooting star. So now every time I see one it reminds me of what a wonderful and loving Grandma we all had. Love you Grandma.

As for a Grandma Halloween memory I always looked forward to trick or treating, but the best was going to Grandpa and Grandma's house after to see them and see what all of your cousins had gotten for candy.

Honeymoon

Thought I would start out my blog by posting a couple of pics of our 3 day honeymoon. Short but sweet as we vacationed in the boondocks of Nashville, Indiana. It was very peacful and relaxing. Did some shopping and driving around Brown County State Park. I'll post a few pics. Here is a pic of our cabin, and a pic of us at The Bean Blossom Covered Bridge.
